In your first email, make sure you include the important information, like your wedding date, and whereabouts you are getting married. Tell us how many bridesmaids/groomsmen are in the wedding party, and if you are wanting bridesmaids bouquets, table florals etc.

Have a budget in mind. We’re here to make your dream florals come to life, whilst being realistic that you do need to buy groceries still. Whilst there is quite a difference in floral packages worth $1,000, $5,000 & $10,000, we’re going to make your dreams happen no matter the budget.

These are super important factors that florists need to know, and saves everyone an extra email! (And honestly, you’re wedding planning, you need as less emails as possible babe).

Now is the time for that beautiful moodboard you’ve been putting together! The best way to share your ideas, is sharing photographs of things you love. There are fifty different ways of doing whites & greens for example. So by sharing visuals, you’re showing us what your wants are & what you definitely don’t want.

Show us flowers you love, ceremony set ups that you have fallen in love with, colours of your bridesmaids dresses, colour samples, types of flowers you want. We want to see it ALL.

Be open to new ideas

Wedding florists live & breathe these events. They are what make us tick, & we want you to have your happily ever after - as beautifully as possible & on budget!

We may offer new ideas to you that you hadn't thought of. These could be to stay within budget, because there is a flower you want that is out of season, or because we have worked at your venue before & know what works logistically (especially when it comes to venues that are windy or open to the elements).. Be open to ideas, and be honest as to whether you love them or not.

Booking & Deposit

Once you have accepted your quote, you will be sent a deposit invoice. This locks in your booking (& you can tick “organise flowers,” off your list!). The remaining amount will be due one month before your wedding. Make sure you do pay this on time, we can have a lot of costs organising flowers for your wedding, & chasing up payments is never fun.

If you have been sent a quote & you have decided it's not for you, reply & inform us. That way, we can ensure we aren’t holding open a date for you, & that someone else can book that day.
