Why hello, you beautiful soul.

Founded by florist Tegan Weber, The Flower Bomb is all about turning flowers into experiences you’ll never forget.

What began in 2020 as a little flower van at local markets has grown into a floral studio focusing on weddings & events — we create lush, jaw-dropping floral designs for weddings and events across the Bay of Islands, Northland, and beyond.

We don’t just make things pretty. Our flowers are meant to feel as much as they look—to set the mood, tell a story, and elevate life’s most unforgettable moments. Think wild, textured, effortlessly chic arrangements that feel natural, yet completely luxe.

That electric moment when two people say “I do,” surrounded by love and laughter — that’s why we do what we do. From dreamy bouquets to curated tablescapes and epic installations, we work with you to make your vision not just real, but magical.

Every wedding we do, we treat like it’s our own. And we take that seriously—while keeping things beautifully unpretentious, full of charm and personality.

Meet Tegan.

Tegan’s love affair with flowers led her straight into the world of floristry. With a Fine Arts degree in one hand and a floristry qualification in the other, she has the perfect blend of creativity and craft to turn your floral dreams into reality.

Her experience spans New Zealand’s most stunning wedding venues—and stretches overseas too—giving her the eye and skill to make every arrangement truly one-of-a-kind. Every bouquet, every installation is custom-designed to fit the story of your day.

The Flower Bomb is just one branch of Tegan’s creative universe. Alongside it, she runs Make Scents of It, a luxury candle brand offering bespoke wedding candles with a signature, refined touch, and Frankly Wick.d, a sculptural candle line known for bold, playful personality. Each venture is different, yet all are unmistakably hers—rooted in a design philosophy that’s intentional, sensory, and beautifully crafted.

Make Scents of It

Luxury Candles

In 2024, The Flower Bomb welcomed a new member to the crew, all the way from across the ditch…..introducing, Make Scents of It!

Originally founded in Melbourne, MSOI is well-known for its luxury candles, across retail, weddings & events.

Now, it joins The Flower Bomb in Aotearoa. Land of the long white cloud, the kiwi, pineapple lumps & Phar Lap {depending which side of the Tasman you’re on}.

So as we say in Aotearoa, Kia Ora!

Continuing creating boujee blooms, Tegan also custom-makes luxury candles. Our custom coloured wedding candles will be loved by couples & wedding stylists across NZ.
